Primary Responsibilities Post job advertisements online Download and manage candidates resumes Pre-screen and arrange interviews PI test and reports Draft offer letter Draft employment contracts; employment contracts renew New staff onboarding documents to FESCO and benefit enrollment New staff documents filing in Shanghai and backup in Seattle Facilitate new staff orientation / onboarding Arrange new staff 45 Days review Facilitate mid-year and year-end performance reviews Facilitate Goal setting sections Facilitate employee termination process Foreign employee work permit and residence visa application and renewal Assist Shanghai Hukou application Company events (lunch & learn; Day of giving; team building…) Keep track, update and implement employee benefits in coordination with MG2’s Payroll & Benefits Manager Employee handbook updates Keep track of PTO and Overtime Travel arrangements Keep MG2 up-to-date on employee law Draft office communications Provide reporting as required or requested Assist with payroll, as needed Required Competencies Microsoft Office proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Customer service skills Attention to detail Ability to multi-task English communication skills (Verbal and written) Organizational skills Ability to be a team player Ability to meet deadlines Ability to prioritize Ability to take direction from multiple people Ability to work with different levels of the organization Required Experience Minimum 3 year in human resources and administrative experiences Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field Powered by JazzHR
